Big Issue Survey March/April 2010





If we had asked our readers one year back to tell us the issue that concerned them the most, it would surely have been an unanimous victory for the raging conflict issue.

Now, one year on since the end of the bloody and long war, all Lankans have had some time to reflect and ponder the issues that affect their lives as we all settle back into a civil society. In this connection, the BIG issue conducted a rapid survey in order to try and identify the voice of the people. The graph is a compilation of findings from a survey conducted in March 2010 which focused on getting a snap-shot view of the important concerns that are currently on the minds of our readers.
